CGS Expands Global Business Process Outsourcing Network with New Office in Israel

Expansion will enhance delivery of BPO services and help meet customers’ growing needs

New York, NY – November 2, 2015 – CGS, a global provider of business applications, enterprise learning and outsourcing services, today announced the opening of its new office in Netanya, Israel. The expansion enhances CGS’s delivery of comprehensive Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to current and future clients.

Well-known for its educated and creative workforce, Netanya, Israel, offers a diverse population and quality resources that strategically align with CGS’s entrepreneurial culture and the business needs of its growing customer base. The newly established office extends CGS’s language capabilities to include Hebrew, Russian and Arabic, as well as additional support for French.

“When it comes to customer management, more businesses are seeking out strategic partners that can help them offer specific language skills from key locations across the globe,” said Stephen Loynd, Global Program Director, Frost & Sullivan. “In light of a growing need for more Russian, Hebrew and Arabic speakers, it makes perfect sense for CGS to have established a presence in the Middle East, and specifically in Israel.”
