CGS to Showcase its BlueCherry Shop Floor Control Solution (formerly Leadtec) and Enterprise Suite of Solutions at Texprocess Frankfurt

New York, NY – April 30, 2015 — CGS, a leading global provider of business applications, enterprise learning and outsourcing services announces its participation in Texprocess Frankfurt from May 4-7 at the Messe Frankfurt Exhibition Center GmbH in Frankfurt, Germany. As the leading international trade fair for textile and flexible materials processing, Texprocess brings together international suppliers of machines, accessories and services for the sewn products industry.

CGS will use its booth #E07 in Hall 4.0 to showcase its BlueCherry Shop Floor Control (formerly Leadtec) system, designed to monitor, track and report a wide range of production activities in apparel, softgoods and other discrete manufacturing plants. BlueCherry Shop Floor Control (formerly Leadtec) collects time and attendance, worker performance and incentive payroll information in real-time in order to increase worker productivity, reduce manufacturing cycle times, improve production balance and labor-related compliance and enhance supply chain visibility.

Earlier this month, in response to the consumer lifestyle industry’s trend toward the integration of business functions, an omnichannel business approach and a more seamless consumer experience, CGS announced the rebranding of its BlueCherry portfolio to include both BlueCherry Shop Floor Control (formerly Leadtec) as well as BlueCherry B2B eCommerce (formerly Threadvine). CGS has served the fashion, consumer lifestyle and sewn products industry with its flagship business solutions for over 30 years, driving the fundamental business processes of leading apparel and sewn products manufacturing organizations such as Brooks Brothers, General Sportwear, Joseph Abboud and VF Corp.

Texprocess Frankfurt will mark the showcase debut of the BlueCherry Shop Floor Control (formerly Leadtec) product since its renaming and inclusion in the BlueCherry Enterprise Suite of solutions. Over 150,000 terminals of BlueCherry Shop Floor Control have been installed globally with many manufacturers consistently reporting 100% ROI within six to twelve months.

“We are excited to be a part of Texprocess Frankfurt this year, as it marks our first opportunity to publically showcase the rebranded BlueCherry Enterprise Suite,” said Paul Magel, President of the Business Applications Group at CGS. “We look forward to more effectively articulating our comprehensive solutions to the major influencers within the sewn products industry, and Texprocess provides us the ideal platform to communicate our value as well as to join in the conversation regarding the latest trends and technology.”
