Israel office opening supports business process outsourcing expansion

CGS recently announced the opening of its newest office in Netanya, Israel, enhancing the company’s delivery of business process outsourcing (BPO) services to meet customers’ growing needs. As noted by Bloomberg Business, Reuters and Yahoo! Finance, the newly established office extends CGS’s language capabilities to include Hebrew, Russian and Arabic, as well as additional support for French. Additionally, CGS President and CEO Phil Friedman notes that the Israel-based office enhances the company’s capability to better service its current and future clients’ needs.
