Recruiters have direct experience in identifying candidates in their geography and have a comprehensive knowledge of market wage rates, availability of skill sets and where to find the best candidates.
Core Services include:
• Strategic Outsourcing – Full responsibility of non-core applications and activities are outsourced with consistent delivery standards. This service maximizes cost-efficiency and focuses on SLA/business outcomes while following CGS Global Delivery Standards.
• Co-Source – This is the most common engagement model and offers shared responsibilities between CGS and partner. Partner maintains responsibility for core activities and retains knowledge of key capabilities.
• Staff Augmentation – CGS provides skilled resources who work under partner direction on functions/tasks defined by partner.
• VMO – CGS provides resources on a “pass through” basis and manages vendors on agreed rate card.
Project Staffing & Vendor Management
When organizations need to staff their project team with external consultants, they turn to the CGS Project Resourcing Program. Clients are enabled to define project goals and personnel needs, while CGS handles the total recruitment, screening, interview and placement of these consultants.
CGS can also help streamline consultant staffing processes and act as a clearinghouse for those subcontracting firms wishing to provide the client company with consulting resources.
