• Strategic Outsourcing – Full responsibility of non-core applications and activities are outsourced with consistent delivery standards. This service maximizes cost-efficiency and focuses on SLA/business outcomes while following CGS Global Delivery Standards.
• Co-Source – This is the most common engagement model and offers shared responsibilities between CGS and partner. Partner maintains responsibility for core activities and retains knowledge of key capabilities.

Project Staffing & Vendor Management
