Computer Generated Solutions Romania, a provider of outsourced solutions, opened a contact center in Sibiu today that will initially hire 300 employees, speakers of several foreign languages. The company intends to increase further, to reach up to 650 employees during this year.
The available jobs for the young population of Sibiu will be based on customer care and help-desk support in fields such as sales, marketing and logistics. The Sibiu office has 2500 square meters, and will support the company to better serve the increase of BPO Solutions in Europe. The available positions are related to the customer support, technical support and other outsourcing services for corporate clients and government agencies all over the world.
"In accordance with the CGS business development in Europe and the presence of two offices in Romania that already hired around 2000 people, we need to expand," said Sterescu, the Country Manager. Sterescu also added: “We chose Sibiu because it is a multi-cultural and multi-lingual hub for international business. The more than 20 universities and colleges in the area will provide us with a highly educated base of potential employees that we are now actively recruiting."
