Computer Generated Solutions' Acquires Assets Of Connectrix Systems LLC
Acquisition compliments CGS' BlueCherry Enterprise Suite providing additional business process software to the already robust solution
NEW YORK, NY - February 1, 2005 - Computer Generated Solutions, Inc. (CGS) today announced the acquisition of assets from Connectrix Systems, LLC. Connectrix Systems delivers the fashion industry a suite comprised of key offerings including merchandise line management, merchandise planning and forecasting, as well as inventory and brand management. The Connectrix suite is a perfect compliment to CGS' BlueCherry Enterprise Suite, which currently offers ERP, product lifecycle management (PLM) and warehouse systems to the fashion industry.
