ACQUISTION OF EASYCALL

Acquisition of Leading Romanian Call Center Solutions Company Part of Aggressive Global Growth Strategy

New York, NY - October 16, 2006 - Computer Generated Solutions, Inc. (CGS), a leading provider of system integration, software, training, and managed services to businesses and government agencies worldwide, today announced that it has acquired EasyCall, a Bucharest, Romania-based call center solutions provider. EasyCall, with more than 600 employees, is one of Romania's leading providers of outsourced technical support and call center services. The company's call center teams offer application expertise and multi-language capabilities, including English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.

"The acquisition of EasyCall and its diverse call center capabilities provides the perfect complement to the high-quality U.S.-based technical support and helpdesk services of CGS," says Phil Friedman, president and CEO of CGS. "A major step in our global growth strategy, the move expands our presence in the European community and reinforces our commitment to providing consistent, reliable support to our multinational customers. It also opens new opportunities in the BPO space."

CGS currently has call centers in Atlanta, Tampa, Dallas and Edison, New Jersey. Dedicated to meeting the most challenging customer support and technical requirements, the CGS centers provide end-to-end solutions and offer experienced consultants in virtually any technology platform.

The centers also service a range of vertical markets including hardware and software manufacturers, consumer electronics, financial services, telecommunications, retail, media and entertainment and government.

EasyCall, located in one of Europe's fastest growing IT markets, provides both inbound and outbound call services, contact center capabilities (email and fax receiving / sending) as well as web chat. Services include outbound telemarketing, order-taking, appointment-setting and helpline and helpdesk support.

As part of the agreement, EasyCall's management team, including Mr. Sterescu, and all current operations and employees will remain in place. CGS also announced plans to open new call and software development centers in Romania in 2007. Financial terms were not disclosed.
