This program will comprise of various steams of work that will help the client rollout an Enterprise Content Management strategy based on the MOSS 2007 platform across the organization in a staged and controlled manner. The MOSS Maturity Model Program will also help the client implement a consistent Technology Roadmap that will assist the organization to explore and resolve various technical and business challenges and establish a Governance Model to control Change Management and Delivery Management of MOSS sites.
