Searchable criteria
Unlimited Mailbox features full index searching. The index for all messages, including all header information, dates, sender, to, copy, blind copy, subject, body of e-mail and attachments, is created. A binary file, per archive day and per archive user, is created and stored in the directory of our server. See above Screenshot.
Searching attachments
All html, text, Microsoft Office product documents, and Adobe PDFs are fully indexed and searchable. Unlimited Mailbox indexes filenames – search by filename is automatically included in search capabilities.
Search technologies
Boolean, fuzzy, proximity, range, wildcard, term boosting, and grouping techniques are incorporated into the search function.
Unlimited Mailbox utilizes the Lucene search engine which is based on the same technology that is used by Google.
Results list manipulation
Unlimited Mailbox provides column sorting in the result screen.
