Meet our founder, Phil Friedman.

Founded in NYC in 1984 by Phil Friedman with just five employees, CGS has grown into a global company of approximately 8,000 people. Guided by Phil’s vision to bring together the smartest, most dedicated professionals, CGS now delivers software, learning, and outsourcing solutions to customers in over 50 countries across industries, from fashion and retail to healthcare and technology.
