New York, NY – August 6, 2019 – CGS, a global provider of business applications, enterprise learning and outsourcing services, announced today that Doug Stephen was promoted to president of the company’s Learning division. Since its founding more than 20 years ago, Doug has led the Learning division’s Canada-based development, sales and delivery team. The division continues to expand its services globally, serving Fortune 500 companies through custom technology-based learning programs.

Stephen brings over 25 years of expertise to the Learning division. He founded his own learning company in 1991 Since its acquisition by CGS, the division has brought robust, agile, multi-touch, multi-approach programs that integrate across platforms, technologies and learning styles to help drive employee performance and business initiatives. He also leads the channel division, managing channel partner recruitment, engagement, enablement, training and sales activation strategies and delivering substantial incremental partner sales for large and medium IT vendors.

“We’ve seen tremendous growth in our Learning and Channel businesses in just the last few years, thanks to Doug’s leadership and the experience that he shares with the team to deliver high-quality solutions,” said Chairman and CEO Phil Friedman. “As result of these initiatives, CGS has received various awards for development and delivery to our valued customers.
