CGS and Juki will showcase JaNets, an Industry 4.0 smart factory system based on the industry leading BlueCherry Shop Floor Control solution. JaNets (Juki Advanced Network System) automates and tracks the collection and reporting of production activities with smart devices on the factory floor. It allows managers to be proactive and adjust to production changes and issues as they arise and provides real-time analytics into overall efficiency and operator productivity. JaNets can be fully integrated to Juki digital smart machines, allowing manufacturers to connect operator data and sewing machine analytics to further digitalization initiatives.
