CGS Contact Center in Romania Selected as Finalist for Call Center Excellence Award

New York, NY – June 10, 2013 – CGS, a leading global provider of technology solutions and services, announced today that their contact center in Romania has been selected as one of four finalists for a 2013 Call Center Excellence Award in the new “Best International Call Center” category. The awards will be given out at IQPC’s 14th Annual Call Center Week taking place June 10-14 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Call Center Excellence Awards recognize the most innovative call center solutions and individuals over the past year with emphasis on superior thinking, creativity, and execution across the full spectrum of call center functions.
