CGS Continues Global Expansion with Additions to Atlanta Office

New York, NY – July 17, 2013 – CGS, a leading global provider of technology solutions and services, announced today their ongoing growth plan with the expansion of their Atlanta office and the addition of more than 200 new technical support agent seats over the next 12-18 months. Currently housing more than 350 agents, the location provides technical support and customer care services to clients in the consumer electronics, retail and hospitality industries. Atlanta is part of the global CGS Center of Excellence network for complex technical support.

The Atlanta expansion adds to CGS’s global growth plan, with recent expansions in Romania and Chile. Earlier this year, CGS opened a new facility in Santiago, Chile to support demand for contact center services in Latin America. The new facility accommodates approximately 750 new employees. In addition, CGS opened a second office in Atlanta to house sales and IT support staff for their software solutions. The new space was unveiled in an official ceremony on May 22nd and will serve as the main office for their Leadtec division.
