Global Technology Executive Selected to Lead CGS Human Resources

New York, NY – May 11, 2016 – CGS, a global provider of business applications, enterprise learning and outsourcing services, announced today that it named Tali Rabin as the company’s senior vice president, human resources. Rabin, located in CGS’s headquarters in lower Manhattan, will lead the company’s global HR team, providing strategic guidance and tactical thought leadership on a host of initiatives from organizational management to employee development.

Rabin brings more than 20 years of human resources and business operations experience with global technology companies. Her strategic and results-driven focus has transformed organizations including publicly traded companies, startups and other businesses going through growth and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining CGS, Ms. Rabin served as chief human resources officer at Opera Solutions and previously led HR for such companies as NICE Systems, Nortel Networks and Sapiens.
