Eitan Lombard, who joined CGS in 2019, is the Country Manager of the CGS Israel office, responsible for leading its business operation. With 35 years specializing in customer experience (CX) and call centers, he leads the development of the business, recruiting and overseeing training of staff and managing the operations. Throughout Mr. Lombard's career, he has provided consulting to large organizations and management of CX projects in government, financial services, telecommunications, hospitality, transportation and utilities.
Prior to joining CGS, Mr. Lombard was Founder and CEO of Sensecom, a consulting and project management company. Under his leadership Sensecom was respected as a market leader in CX consulting, telecom expense management and outsourcing of sales in call centers.
Mr. Lombard is a graduate of the University of Aston in Birmingham, U.K.
