Oded Shapira is the Country Manager of the CGS Israel office, responsible for leading its business operation. He is responsible for the development of the business and other contracts, recruiting staff, overseeing training and managing the operations. He has full responsibility for budgeting and P&L, and delivering KPIs for the best quality of service.
He joined CGS in 2015 as the CFO for the Israel office. Dedicated to providing high-quality customer service, Mr. Shapira is responsible for ensuring delivery of the highest level of standards and efficient service in partnership with our customers in the region.
Mr. Shapira graduated from the University of Haifa with a BA degree in Economics and received his MBA, specializing in finance, from Tel-Aviv University. Mr. Shapira is a Certified Public Accountant.
