This is the second consecutive year CGS’s Latin America and North America regions were named in the CRM Vendor Guide. In the News: CGS Listed in the Gartner Reports: Evaluate Offshore/Nearshore Countries for Outsourcing, Shared Services and Captives in EMEA and the Americas, 2017. Gartner listed CGS in two research reports reviewing the growth of IT services in the EMEA region and the Americas, respectively. The researchers analyzed labor shortages, costs and geopolitical concerns with the aim to help sourcing and vendor managers choose the region that can best meet their requirements for IT and business process services. CGS was listed for our growth in the U.S., Chile and Romania.

As of Q1 of 2018, CGS will utilize ServiceNow, a global IT Service Management software provider, as its customer portal for case and request tracking for all Application Solutions Division customers. The launch of this Service Management solution will enable CGS to deliver a more flexible and service-oriented experience for our customers. We are excited to invest in this quality service to create one superior standard for processes and tools. Some of the benefits to utilizing ServiceNow will be increased transparency, visibility and communication, as well as a more modernized experience for our customers.
