We surveyed 500+ consumers on their knowledge of the Right to Repair movement and their views on promoting environmental sustainability. The results show consumers want to reduce e-waste and many are up to the do-it-yourself (DIY) challenge—with a little help of course.
Smart manufacturers can take advantage of these trends not only to show sustainability leadership but also to reduce customer effort, provide a better customer experience (CX) and drive customer loyalty. Right to Repair also addresses business challenges, such as reducing No Fault Found incidents, saving on costly onsite technician resources and lowering shipping costs related to warranty repairs.
