o When onboarding millennials, engagement is key. Taking inspiration from popular games, CGS Learning worked with the client to make sure that first-day employees had the opportunity to navigate the corporate campus and learn about the culture through employee and mentor video greetings.

o To improve retention, we built a program that provides clear visibility into each employee's specific mission, responsibilities and goals.

o A key goal for the company was to tell the insurance story in a 'new school' way to really connect with potential employees. Elements of this program were used at career fairs to attract and connect with new grads.
