CGS Survey Findings Show Lack of L&D Programs for the Deskless Worker Population

CGS and Inkling, in partnership, are researching the needs of the Deskless Workforce, which is a crucial factor in the U.S. economy. In a new CGS survey of more than 500 individuals from sales, field service, nursing, engineering, construction, factory and retail, among other deskless workers, we found that 76% of respondents are not receiving regular feedback or guidance on their performance.
