Jithendra “Jithu” Rao Battu

Jithendra “Jithu” Rao Battu is a business management professional with over two decades of experience in the global information technology industry. Promoted to Senior Vice President in 2020, he serves as the Country Manager of CGS India. In these roles, Mr. Battu is responsible for overall business growth in the Indian sub-continent with focus on client acquisition, delivery excellence and competency development, and human capital management.

Prior to joining CGS, Mr. Battu spent time in a variety of roles at Mindteck and the DCM group (India/USA)  structuring, managing and executing large multi-year, multi-site outsourced software services projects of globally diversified clientele in the discrete manufacturing, storage infrastructure, semiconductor and healthcare domains.

Mr. Battu holds Master's in Applied Sciences and currently lives in Hyderabad, India. He is a news enthusiast and closely follows global political, technology and economic developments.
