Responsible for leading the business process outsourcing operations in Israel, Lombard manages the development of the business and other contracts, recruiting staff, overseeing training and managing the operations.

Lombard worked with CGS in 2019 as consultant in the Israel market, and prior to that was Founder and CEO of Sensecom, a consulting and project management company. Lombard is a graduate of the University of Aston in Birmingham, U.K.
