Texprocess 2017 and BlueCherry’s New Partnership with Juki

In early May, our BlueCherry team exhibited the latest in shop floor control technology at Texprocess 2017 in Messe Frankfurt, Germany. Texprocess is the leading international trade show for the global garment manufacturing and textile processing industry.

At the show, we met with hundreds of attendees who were looking for solutions to manage their supply chain and production more efficiently. We spoke with people particularly looking for new ways to reduce costs and make their factories more efficient.  

We saw a lot of innovative technology designed to meet those needs by speeding up production and cutting costs. We were also excited to introduce our new partnership with Juki, the leading sewing terminal manufacturer worldwide.

As industry leaders joining forces, BlueCherry’s shop floor control technology integrates with Juki’s “smart solutions” sewing terminal to track and collect data from the machine throughout the production process from beginning to end. This provides operators and managers with real-time analytics and end-to-end visibility to ensure efficiency and to increase productivity. These insights allow managers to make faster, better-informed business decisions on activities like order tracking, while at the same time reducing throughput time and production costs.
