Gregory Fourel

Gregory joined CGS in November 2021 as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, with responsibilities for the company’s global finances and accounting, financial reporting, planning and analysis, internal controls, treasury, audit, tax and procurement. Gregory brings to CGS more than 20 years’ experience at Technip as an international senior executive in the energy, renewables energy, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and construction industries, and most recently as Vice President of Finance for Nuvve Holding Corp. His diverse and comprehensive expertise spans strategy development, FP&A, accounting and consolidation, U.S. and IFRS GAAP, cost control, project financial management and operations oversight, as well as mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, divestitures, joint ventures and startups.

Additionally, Gregory is a global citizen, holding both U.S. and French citizenships. He also serves as the co-chair for the Los Angeles Venture Association (LAVA). He is a certified public accountant in France and received both master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Grenoble IAE (France) and its graduate school of management.
